Front Porch is swept.
Sewer verified working (we poured water down some of the drains to test it).
Toilet prep for first floor done (once plumbing is finished the toilet can be seated).
Kitchen organized (that’s where all the supplies are being kept at the moment).
Water available in kitchen via hose from basement.
Floors marked where not to step. (Need to brace joists in parlor before they get fixed to prevent further integrity loss).
10 am meeting with yard work people to get an estimate on clean up and mowing.
Looks like the nut tree will have to come down. (It appears to be dying/ diseased.)
As we were packing up, a deer wandered past.
